Contract Proposal & Retainer

Concept Proposal & Review: We collect and share curated inspiration images, presented alongside preliminary color palettes, finish materials, and rough floor plans. We get deeper into knowing your aspirations for how you want to live in your new space. This is our dreaming and scheming session and will define our path forward.

Design Schematics: We hone in on a unique design solution, tailored to your specific needs and defined scope. During these meetings we finalize floor plans and discuss cabinetry, lighting, furniture layouts & get specific about finishes (slabs, tile, wall treatments).

Together we turn our inspired ideas into precise and finalized decisions. Finishes and fixtures are sourced and scheduled, & technical documentation for contractor bidding and construction is delivered. Numbers are crunched and any final revisions are completed.

Once construction begins, we move to furniture procurement.

You’re as much of the process as you desire to be. Site visits and vendor communications ensure your project stays aligned with our collaborative design intent.

Weekly emails from us keep you updated on all the knitty-gritty you’re too busy to deal with!

During this time we do any accessories shopping, button-up furniture plans, and talk installation timelines and schedules.

Our team delivers any remaining furnsihings and sets the stage for your entry into your bespoke new space!

Final delivery walk through to review care instructions and any lingering questions.
